I'm finally back to post :)
have been very busy wif bowling nowadays

and my muscles are aching like hell


Monday run, Tuesday run, Thursday run 2 times, Saturday run again

oh!! Bowling competition is on 2nd, 4th, 9th and 10 March 2009
hopefully the team can get some good results :)

iie dun think iie will be selected for the Cross-Country competition lers ><
the 'B' boys are so STRONG (excluding mii) and there are 20+ of them (excluding mii)
and my bowling coach says that bowling de 'B' boys also very stong
this competiton Onions and Wei Kiam sure in de
they are good :)
oh and Raynian, iie will keep saying that euu didn't help mii throw tissue away last month
